Since some recipients are not able to recieve notices that include video, I have decided to only include a link to the video to which this blog post refers, for these last six or so verses, which will conclude the entire discussion of the  HESUS JOY CHRIST  series to date.
Here is the link to the animation that includes the verse that this specific blog post is discussing :

Since I get such a kick, still, out of blathering on about this stuff, I'm continuing on with the discussion of HESUS JOY CHRIST / Matthew's Foretold !!

This is the third last verse of all this discussion. Sunday afternoons, beginning in November, will become an animation endeavour, working on Matthew's Five's Nine.  I may post discussion of Theology of the Body, or the Q'uran (?), but I better get some momentum in animating this project that has been ongoing for more than two years.  I am now animating scene twelve of about 36 scenes .

 Verse 23

Jesus Heals the Sick
23Jesus went throughout Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, preaching the good news of the kingdom, and healing every disease and sickness among the people.

from the Gospel of Matthew, Chapter Four, New International Version

 Verse 23
One Feels the Sick
23One went thoroughly secular, learning in their malls, . . / . . preachy about the good news of the kingdom, . . / . . and bearing every disease and sickness among the people.

from the text of the animation  HESUS JOY CHRIST / Matthew's Foretold
written by R David Foster

 Verse 23 Discussion
Once again, Galilee is a secular area, and this is where Jesus taught in the established religious institutions, as a lay person, preaching about a new thing called the Kingdom of Heaven.  He also healed “every” disease and sickness among the people.

Jesus was a carpenter, a tradesman, and not any kind of ordained religious leader.  He did however, proclaim a new religious ideal called, among other things, the Kingdom of Heaven. It is understood that this new religious ideal was based in the established faith and religion of the region, and Jesus called people of this established religious faith to follow him, whether they were in good religious standing, or not.  This included sinners, but did not include gentiles.  Jesus was open to gentiles appreciating his lead, but he directed his efforts toward the Jews.

Jesus' healing “every” disease and sickness is an interesting statement. It is not generally understood that Jesus healed every instance of every disease, leaving an entirely healthy population in his wake. Rather, he healed those that came to him, and frequently gave credit to his patient's faith, saying things like “your faith has healed you”.

It could be understood that Jesus healed specific instances of pretty much every known disease, from leprosy to demon possession, which is often taken to mean mental illness. This is how I understand the statement that Jesus healed “every” disease and sickness.

Likewise, one spouse of the sacred One relationship gets by in the secular world, professing both in churches and elsewhere, as a lay person, about a new idea called the sacred One relationship, or marriage, balancing whole and part. He also “bore” every disease and sickness among the people.

. . . went thoroughly secular . . .

Getting by in the secular world means that one has to understand the collective mind of people who do not play any religious game.  They worship, yes, but they do not even know what they worship, and do not have any awareness that they are worshipping.  There are many reasons that they give for excluding religious behaviours and trappings from their lives and they do not have any understanding of the fundamentals so they are unable to relate to christianity, or any other faith.  Theirs can be considered a faith of the one with the most toys at the end wins – or any variation of anything like that.  Nevertheless, where they are successful, however limited, this spouse watches and learns, and incorporates their understanding into his.  The mall is a common place of secular worship, with rituals and communion.
. . . preachy . . .

This spouse, may or may not be considered to have a trade, but gets by in the secular world, as opposed to being a religious devotee, not being provided for as such.  This spouse proclaims a new religious ideal called, among other things, the sacred One relationship, balancing whole and part, female and male, holism and reductionism, and communion and agency. It is understood that this new religious ideal is based in the established faith and religion of the region, and this spouse called people of this established religious faith to follow him, whether they were in good religious standing, or not. This included sinners, but did not include anyone other than those of a christian culture. This is open to members of other faiths appreciating this lead, but it is directed toward christians, whether in good standing or not.  This is because christianity is fundamental to any approach balancing whole and part, because christianity proclaims forgiveness as fundamental, rather than forgiveness as a special favour.  The path of marriage requires the method of Christ, based on constant fundamental ever present unfailing forgiveness.
. . . bearing every disease and sickness . . .

This bearing “every” disease and sickness is an interesting statement.  It is not generally understood that anyone ever bears every instance of every disease, leaving an entirely burdened population in their wake. Rather, they bear those that come to them, and frequently give credit to their faith, believing things like their faith has healed them.

It could be understood that this spouse bore specific instances of pretty much every category of every known disease, from chicken pox to demon possession, which is often taken to mean mental illness. This is how I understand the statement that they bore “every” disease and sickness.
