42 “Therefore keep watch, because you do not know on what day your Lord will come. 43 But understand this: if the owner of the house had known at what time of night the thief was coming, he would have kept watch and would not have let his house be broken into. 44 So also you must be ready, for the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him. “

I really don’t have time for this, this week, but I had to bring videos back to the library so this will help to make the trip worth it .
Jesus is telling us and his disciples to keep watch. Be alert. Be aware . Be aware of your spiritual life . His example claims a house owner should keep watch to prevent his house being broken into . This could mean to have an alarm system but then you must be sure the system is working . When was the last time you checked your smoke detector ?
Jesus actually says that He will come “ . . when you do not expect Him . “ How is anyone suppose to expect something to happen when you do not expect it ? This means that you must always be alert and aware and this can be exhausting. No matter how hard you try He will still come when you do not expect Him. The only thing you will be able to do is react and hope you will recognize Him when he comes . You must train yourself in spiritual practices to recognize Him immediately when he comes, unexpectedly, so that you can react appropriately and correctly .
44“So you also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect Him .”
I opened a text message on October 2, that was sent on September 28, that I had ignored as a mistake . This text message said nothing but was overwhelming to me. I never would have expected it yet I have hoped for something like it . I would have yelled out loud if I wasn’t expecting something unexpected spiritually . I received a call from Randy Price in March that was unexpected and then I broke my ankle the week before I was about to start working for him at International Landscaping . He still had me work for him once it healed by May 4 . Keep watch ! Pay attention .
The movie The China Syndrome was on TVO last night. Jack Lemmon’s character knew something was out there, then someone was out there, and Jane Fonda’s character witnessed Jack Lemmon’s experience . She broadcasted it to anyone attentive . That was all she could do – and she had to do it because she witnessed his death . Her prying questions brought resolve to a respected co-worker of Jack Lemmon’s character and enabled this co-worker to pick up the fallen torch and carry it onward. All expectedly unexpected and all were warily unaware .
Wish me luck in completing my animation of HESUS JOY CHRIST – Matthew’s Two this week for submission Saturday . I hope everyone stays healthy and I can be left alone as much as possible to get the 4 minutes done. I also pray I can focus and do a good worthy job of it . Pray for me, friends .
