1.5 TAIS Showcase and Chicken Jam Award Winners

Thanks to everyone who came out to the TAIS Showcase this past Thursday. The NFB was packed to the gills with excited filmmakers and audience members and good times were had by all.

The Jury Prize for Best TAIS Showcase Film went to Malcolm Sutherland’s The Astronomer’s Dream, with honourable mentions going to Nick Fox-Gieg’s The Foxhole Manifesto and Mike Brodie’s Meet the Porcupine and the Balloon. The Jury Prize for Best Chicken Jam went to Alex Novitski’s Born to Be.

The Audience Choice award for Best TAIS Showcase Film went to Grace Channer’s But Some Are Brave. The Audience Choice award for Best Chicken Jam was awarded to Alex Novitski for Born to Be.
